In Lake Nicaragua (below), there are hundreds of tiny islands, including one that is filled with monkeys, like this one! A scientist put a number of monkeys on this island to study them, and because monkeys can´t swim, they stay there and the scientist returns regularly to care for them

Supermarkets here have been selling Christmas themed items since the beginning of OCtober, but a few days ago I noticed they were putting up a huge Christmas tree in the middle of the city. I can´t wait to see it finished!
